Customers can receive an 'information pack' on their mobile phone this winter. The pack will feature downloadable piste maps and details of rep services in the resort. Crystal is replacing the printed pack with an online pack that lets customers access resort information up to nine days before their departure on their PC or iphone, Blackberry or other device.
